SCSEP
Program Overview

A key purpose of SCSEP is to enable older workers to achieve gainful employment and personal development through community service and training. After eligibility has been determined, the individual will be assigned to a community service assignment at a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit or government agency where they will be assigned to work a maximum of twenty (20) hours per week while earning a minimum wage. The individual will also work with a Career Planner to search and apply for unsubsidized employment.

Workforce Resource serves Barron, Chippewa, Clark, Dunn, Eau Claire, Portage, Taylor and Wood counties.
